Fairfield Crossings
Cincinnati, OH
Fairfield Crossings is a modular new build development we designed in partnership with Roost Builders located in the Evanston neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. They purchased three lots where three dilapidated homes had been razed and reconsolidated the three lots into five. These single-family homes support aging in place with first-floor bedrooms and were designed to receive LEED Platinum certification.
Dream Home Concepts
Cincinnati, OH
Although developer, Brady Melton, had purchased two dilapidated structures hoping to give them a new life, the damage was too great and he decided to build four new single-family townhomes. Instead of making four attached rowhouses, we worked together to make the decision to create two sets of two-family buildings, giving each house windows on one long wall of the home. Each house has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a primary suite with a balcony, an open-concept main floor, and a third-floor family room with a minibar and a private rooftop deck.
Envision Single Family and Townhomes
Jamestown, OH
This client owned property in a small college town in Ohio that was in need of both single family and multifamily housing. We worked together to create a plan that maximized the number of homes we could fit on the land without compromising the character of the existing neighborhood.
