Working with Sarah Petro, we began by creating a design that would work for both her individual business model and also the Pearle Vision brand standards. After the design phase, we were able to help her stay on top of the construction schedule, and actually even speed it up. This allowed her to open her renovated store in November instead of January. From a profit standpoint, this meant that she was able to increase her comp sales by around 40% heading into insurance week!
