Liberty Eyecare

For Drs. Jessica and Adam Wood at Liberty Eyecare, convenience for both patients and associates was key. Within the patient journey, we created a number of engagement zones for both patients and their families. For the associates, we placed the dispensing table next to their work room, we created a private contact lens storage room adjacent to the I&R space, and we worked directly with the doctors to create comfortable and functional exam rooms, one of which was wheelchair accessible. In addition to focusing on the patient and associate journeys, we brought our merchandising expertise to help showcase glasses by creating a custom millwork system.
