The focus of Family Eye Care was to create a showroom that reflected the quality of their wide selection of designer glasses. Because of this, we put a lot of focus on creating a large, well-lit wall display system that draws patients eyes, and incorporated a large digital display. They wanted to maintain the personal and consultative patient experience with merchandising system that highlighted their vast selection. We created custom fitting desks, that both showcased specialty products and encouraged customers to work closely with sales associates. A newly positioned reception desk closer to the entrance greets patients right as they enter.
